THESE ARE CLASSES DESIGNED TO EDUCATE WOMEN IN THE LATTER HALF OF THEIR PREGNANCY TO MAKE INFORMED CHOICES ABOUT THEIR LABOUR AND DELIVERY.

YOU SIGN UP FOR 6 CLASSES

YOU SHOULD BE OVER 24 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY

EACH CLASS WILL LAST ABOUT AN HOUR

YOU CAN ATTEND WITH ONE ANOTHER PERSON.

CLASS 3 – COMPLICATIONS IN LABOUR AND DELIVERY

CLASS 5 – TAKING CARE OF YOUR BABY AND BREAST FEEDING

YOU SIGN UP FOR 3 CLASSES

YOU SHOULD BE 4 WEEKS POSTNATAL ATLEAST

YOU CAN ATTEND WITH ONE OTHER PERSON

 

CLASS 1- COMMON PROBLEMS IN THE POSTNATAL PERIOD

CLASS 2- BREAST FEEDING

CLASS 3 – TAKING CARE OF YOUR BABY

“PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISE CLASSES”

 

THESE ARE CLASSES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO STRENGHTEN THEIR PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES. THEY ARE HIGLY RECOMMENDED FOR WOMEN WITH INCONTINENCE, PROLAPSE AND OTHER PROBLEMS OF THEIR PELVIC FLOOR.

YOU SIGN UP FOR 5 CLASSES

YOU WILL HAVE AN INITIAL ONE-ON – ONE ASSESSMENT WITH OUR PELVIC FLOOR SURGEON

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED AIDS IF REQUIRED TO IMPROVE THE STRENGHT OF YOUR MUSCLES

YOU CAN ATTEND WITH ONE OTHER PERSON
